Players that are arbitration eligible or pre-arbitration eligible remain under team control. These players will earn whatever there salary they are given in real life. If one of your arbitration eligible players is not offered arbitration or declines arbitration, they will become a free agent.
All MLB contracts signed after March 31, 2013 will be null and void in this league. Extensions signed after this date will not be valid in this league. If your player is still within their arbitration eligible years and they sign a contract that exceeds their arbitration eligible years this league will utilize their salary for the remaining arbitration eligible years and they will become a free agent the first year they would have been eligible for MLB free agency.
Cot's baseball salaries website will be the authoritative source for all contract information
